Beginning his career in 1988 working for a private-client broker in The City, Neill went on to graduate in both business and law before establishing a highly successful and respected social enterprise.

Specialising in crime reduction and social responsibility, this enterprise received widespread support and accolades from prominent business leaders, Government Ministers and senior police and criminal justice professionals.

Over the past 20 years, Neill has gained extensive experience in project and events management, honed excellent organisational skills and developed solid competence, integrity and understanding in dealing with high profile clients.

Concurrently, Neill has managed a residential property portfolio for the past 10 years in both Dorset and London and has undertaken various property renovation and interior design projects.
