TO BUY BACK TIME

Clients may experience significant demands on their time through business, work or lifestyle commitments. This in turn may make it difficult to address all the minutiae of day to day living.

Our services allow you to buy back time. We can alleviate some of this pressure by addressing certain aspects of your social, leisure and domestic life on your behalf.

TO ACQUIRE A LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE

Clients may not be permanently based in Dorset. They may spend significant amounts of time travelling, abroad, or resident in other homes.

Our services allow you to acquire a local representative. We can represent you when you cannot be here, and to oversee tasks and issues in your stead.

TO ACQUIRE A TRUSTED ADVOCATE

Clients may have opted for a simpler, more relaxed way of life. They may feel less willing to deal with matters that may seem unappealing, mundane or daunting.

Our services allow you to acquire a trusted representative to act on your behalf in matters where you no longer have the inclination or confidence to attend to personally.

ALEXANDER NEiLL provides you with a helping hand. We act on your behalf to ensure that key aspects of your social, domestic and leisure lifestyles are organised efficiently, economically and to your exacting standards.

The extent to which you draw upon our services is entirely up to you.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We offer all prospective clients a free, no obligation, personal consultation.

This is an opportunity for us to explore your specific needs and for you to gain further insight into what we have to offer, how we operate and how we can best help you.

We believe that a clear dialogue with our clients will enable us to structure the most effective and efficient raft of services that best suits their unique requirements.

SERVICE PROVISION

Once identified during the initial consultation, the package of services structured for you will be outlined in a Service Agreement. This will either be a fixed-term contract (for a finite period or specific services) or a rolling contract for on-going provision.

A client service package will include one or more of the following:

  • For ALEXANDER NEiLL to act as an intermediary to source and engage third party trades, professionals and suppliers.
  • For ALEXANDER NEiLL to meet and liaise with third party trades, professionals and suppliers.
  • For ALEXANDER NEiLL to manage relationships with third party trades, professionals and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed to our client’s satisfaction.
  • For ALEXANDER NEiLL to undertake designated domestic and personal administration tasks on behalf of the client.

We recognise that it requires significant levels of trust to allow third parties into your world.

Consequently, we offer a free and in-depth face-to-face consultation to allow you to get to know us, how we operate, and for us to begin to understand your specific needs.

As nobody knows your life better than you, we will work closely with you to identify where we can best serve your needs. We grow our client relationships organically, building a range of responses that perfectly reflect and enhance each client’s unique lifestyle choices, and the challenges and opportunities they represent.

Adaptability is our watchword; nothing is prescribed and we will employ every effort to best meet your requirements and to diligently attend to every task at hand.

We draw on a wide range of skills and experience to ensure that all tasks undertaken on behalf of our clients are pursued with tenacity, intelligence, initiative and the utmost professionalism. We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure that we always serve our clients’ best possible interests.

Our clients’ peace of mind is of paramount importance to us. By virtue of what we do, they allow us into their private lives, entrusting us with highly confidential information and privileged access to their property and possessions.

This is a responsibility we take very seriously indeed. Our clients’ privacy and confidentiality is something we safeguard vehemently and all tasks are completed with the utmost discretion.

We adopt a clear confidentiality policy and all our staff hold DBS (formerly CRB) cleared status. Likewise, any property or sensitive or personal information entrusted to us is treated with the utmost respect, discretion and security.

CHARGING AND BILLING

Our services are charged at an hourly rate and applied in 15 minute increments. Our normal hours of business are 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday, but services may be available ‘out of hours’ through separate negotiation. This will be subject to our availability and will attract a higher fee-rate.

Our fees include our usual operating costs (to include local travel). Additional costs (specialist equipment and non-local travel, accommodation etc.) are charged in addition to our service fees.

Any supply of goods and services by third parties represent a contractual arrangement exclusively between our client and the third party in question. Wherever reasonably practicable we request that clients make payment directly to third parties.

In limited instance we may undertake expenditure with third parties on behalf of clients (for deposits etc.). Additionally, we may incur chargeable expenses (extended travel, accommodation etc.) in pursuance with our services on behalf of a client.

In circumstances where we are likely to incur such expenses, we require clients to lodge sufficient funds with us and in advance of such expenditure being due. These funds will be held in a client disbursement account and drawn down as necessary.

We issue our clients with a monthly statement of account which details any fees due and if applicable, any expenditure made against their disbursement account. We request that statements of account are settled within 30 days.
